The Parts Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory, assisting customers with part inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include organizing and maintaining inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating orders. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent support to customers.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise
Knowledge and experience in Inventory Management and Inventory Control
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in parts or equipment industries is a plus
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in related fields are an advantage
