We are looking for a Parts Specialist to join our team! Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong work ethic who excels in a fast paced, team environment. If you are looking for a rewarding career with upward mobility potential, this is the place for you!The Parts Specialist is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing part orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with vendors, customers, technicians, and managers. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.**PAY:** $24-30/hour DOE**Duties and responsibilities of the Parts Specialist include, but are not limited to:*** Customer Service & Sales: Provide outstanding customer support by researching part requests, issuing quotes, placing orders, and resolving concerns using established procedures.* Order Processing: Work closely with customers, technicians, and vendors to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of part orders.* Communication: Interact with customers via email, text, and phone to facilitate orders and address inquiries.* Customer Partnership: Act as a trusted business partner, going above and beyond to fulfill customer needs efficiently.* Inventory Management: Verify physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and maintain stock integrity.* Receiving & Stocking: Unpack, arrange, and place parts in designated storage locations.* Administrative Tasks: Create and follow up on purchase orders, establish new customer accounts, generate new part numbers, and process invoice sales orders.* Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.**Physical Requirements*** Ability to bend, squat, or climb equipment as needed.* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.* Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.**Qualifications:*** Mechanical and heavy equipment experience preferred.* High school diploma, GED.* Strong organizational skills* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.* 2-4 years parts/warehouse experience preferred.* Computer skills required including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.* Valid driver's license and ability to meet requirements of company driver policies.* Bilingual a plus*All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.*Benefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr
