This role is uniquely entrepreneurial.As theDirector ofProduct, Go-To-Marketyou willhave the opportunity to work cross functionally with internal teamsas well asexisting/prospective customers toaccelerate platform adoption.You’llwear many hats as a technicalDirector ofProduct, business-savvy executor, and customer-obsessed salesperson.
Tactically, you will define the product roadmap and work closely with Engineering Teamsto ensure thetimelydelivery of thetechnicalmilestones. You will gather data andcustomer feedback toinform and enhance Blueprint’s product roadmap and deliver an exceptional user experience.You willidentify, source, and lead sales calls forperspectivecustomers.You will manage and nurturecustomerrelationships from first contact to onboarding.
Strategically, you willdefine Blueprint’s go-to-market strategy,ensuring a successful product launch and sustained market presence.
What you'll do:
- Own Blueprint's full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, including market research, requirements definition, roadmap planning, release management, and post-launch optimization
- EmbedwithourdistributedEngineering Team toexecute the product roadmap
- Partner with Marketing, Business, and Operations Teams todevelop and implementgo-to-marketand growthstrategies
- Test new features,identifybugs, andidentifyplatform improvements
- Identifyand engage perspective customers to grow Blueprint’s business
- Clearly define, collect, and tracksuccessmetricstoassessproductlaunches andinitiatives
- Effectively communicate strategy, prioritization, successmetricsand other important updates to internal stakeholders
- Partner with Design on detailed UX flows, wireframes, and interaction models; ensure consistency with design systems and accessibility standards
- Manage the product backlog - prioritize features, bugs, and technical debt based on impact, dependencies, effort, and business value
- Write andmaintainclear technical documentation
Our ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of product management experienceat a SaaSor fintechcompany
- Demonstrated ability to interact with perspective and existing customers, ideally in a sales-focused role
- Proventrack recordofbuildingand launchinghigh- qualitytechnicalproducts
- Strong senseof urgency and deep intrinsic motivation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Priorexperience inweb3or fluency with web3 conceptsis a plus
Compensation :
A well-qualified candidate, based inNew York City, can expect a base salaryof $175,000.00-$190,000.00.A standard offer fromBlueprintincludes base compensation, incentive-based compensation such as discretionary bonuses or upside, and a highly competitive benefits andperkspackage.Offers are determined by a number of factors including (but not limited to) the applicant's experience, skills, certifications, as well as internal equity among our team.
