The Opportunity We are looking for a seasoned Group Product Manager to lead two critical areas for Moloco Ads Supply Exchange & Inventory Integrations: Drive Moloco’s OpenRTB integrations with third-party supply partners and exchanges, expanding access to high-quality, scalable inventory across gaming and non-gaming verticals Invalid Traffic & Fraud Mitigation: Own the strategy and roadmap for detecting and preventing invalid traffic (IVT), ensuring the integrity of Moloco’s supply and protecting advertiser ROI Expand our supply footprint in the adtech ecosystem across gaming categories and beyond Support a team of 100+ engineers across US and Korea Responsibilities Define/refine product roadmap, product requirements, and customer value propositions Build and launch features that deliver high-performance and delightful experiences to customers and stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive rapid, high-quality product development and impactful outcomes Synthesize data from multiple sources to inform product strategy and operations Stay informed on user privacy trends in the adtech industry and surface new product ideas and positioning Troubleshoot day-to-day operational roadblocks Define partnership integration requirements to ensure partner solutions enhance product value Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of experience in product management related to programmatic adtech Programmatic adtech ecosystem expertise with focus on the supply side Deep understanding of OpenRTB, exchanges, and SSP/DSP connections Prior experience owning integrations with external exchanges, SSPs, or SDK-based inventory Familiarity with IVT detection and fraud prevention strategies in programmatic buying Preferred Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field Understanding of publisher business models and monetization, including fraud concerns and mitigation tools Market analysis skills to identify competitive advantages and supply-side trends, including evolving fraud tactics and anti-fraud solutions Deep knowledge of SSPs, technical architecture, and competitive landscape Experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution in fast-paced environments Expertise in Header Bidding and Server-to-Server bidding, with yield optimization and latency considerations Familiarity with publisher-side ad servers and integration points Hands-on experience with integrations and partner APIs, defining interoperability requirements with DSPs, exchanges, ad networks, DMPs, and other partners Understanding of supply-side metrics (fill rate, eCPM, latency, bid density, impressions, unique users) and optimization methods Technical understanding of ad serving from request to rendering Impact You’ll Be Contributing To Moloco Define and refine product roadmap and customer value propositions Build and launch features delivering high performance and strong user experiences Collaborate with cross-functional teams for rapid, high-quality development and outcomes Synthesize data to derive product insights and inform strategy Monitor User Privacy trends and surface new product opportunities Troubleshoot operational roadblocks Define partnership integration requirements to enhance product value Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only) In accordance with state laws, the range provided is an estimate of base compensation. The actual amount may vary based on experience and other factors. A competitive benefits package is offered.
