Join to apply for the Event Coordinator role at Life Time Inc. 3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Position Summary The Events Coordinator is responsible for providing logistical and tactical support to the Events and Corporate Communications team as well as adult programming (Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops). This role will support all adult sports programming within the club to ensure members enjoy a successful and robust program. The team member will help ensure events align with Life Time's Mission and Vision Statement and support Member Retention by providing an outstanding member experience. Job Duties And Responsibilities Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs Excellent oral and written communication skills High attention to detail Knowledge of Microsoft Office software CPR and AED Certified Ability to travel as required Preferred Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and work experience Extensive knowledge of all club activities and promotions Excellent customer service and promotional skills Ability to build relationships with members Life Time is a place for everyone.
