Social Media and Events Coordinator – Life Time Inc. Position Summary The Events Coordinator is responsible for providing logistical and tactical support to the Events and Corporate Communications team as well as adult programming (Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops). This role supports all adult sports programming within the club to ensure members can enjoy a successful and robust program, aligning events with Life Time’s Mission & Vision. It also supports Member Retention by delivering an outstanding member experience. Job Duties and Responsibilities Coordinates Life Time in‑center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns Engages with members and non‑members to promote club events and adult programs Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1–2 years’ experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs Excellent oral and written communication skills High attention to detail Knowledge of Microsoft Office software CPR and AED Certified Ability to travel as required Preferred Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and work experience Extensive knowledge of all club activities and promotions Excellent customer service and promotional skills Ability to build relationships with members Life Time is a place for everyone.
