Role Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution across digital and print channels while managing people, projects and brand integrity. This role owns annual marketing planning, ensures timely and proactive delivery of all marketing initiatives and plays a critical role in driving qualified leads into the sales funnel through effective digital marketing strategies.
This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, people leadership and the ability to quickly adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor and manage marketing team members and external partners
Set clear priorities, deadlines and expectations while ensuring accountability
Foster collaboration across sales, operations and leadership teams
Provide guidance, feedback and professional development for direct reports
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and maintain a comprehensive annual marketing calendar aligned to business goals
Proactively plan campaigns, launches, events and recurring initiatives throughout the year
Ensure all deliverables are prepared in advance and executed on schedule
Monitor progress and adjust plans as business needs evolve
Brand Management
Own brand preservation and adherence across all channels and touchpoints
Ensure consistency in messaging, design and tone across print and digital assets
Review and approve marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand standards
Act as a brand steward across departments and vendors
Project Management & Execution
Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through delivery
Oversee creation and production of print and digital deliverables
Coordinate timelines, resources and approvals to meet deadlines
Ensure high quality standards across all outputs
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and funnel growth
Optimize channels such as website, email, paid media, SEO, social and marketing automation
Partner closely with sales to align campaigns with lead quality and conversion goals
Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve results based on data
Identify opportunities to increase inbound flow and nurture prospects through the funnel
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track campaign performance, lead volume and conversion metrics
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership
Use data to inform decisions, prioritize efforts and demonstrate ROI
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience managing people and leading marketing teams
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Demonstrated experience in brand management and creative oversight
Hands‑on experience with both print and digital marketing deliverables
Strong understanding of lead generation, digital marketing and sales funnel strategy
Ability to adapt quickly, problem‑solve and pivot as priorities change
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Preferred Experience
Experience building and executing annual marketing plans
Background working closely with sales teams or revenue leaders
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
Experience in a fast‑growing or evolving organization
