Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping area.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management tasks.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety procedures, including safe Lifting practices and the use of provided PPE .
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the picking process and support our Logistics team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics flow.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and consistent use of required PPE .
