Order Picker

Responsibilities:

• Accurately locate and pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
• Utilize RF scanners or pick lists to ensure correct item and quantity.
• Inspect items for quality and damage before packing.
• Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
• Verify order accuracy against shipping documentation.
• Stage completed orders for shipping carriers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety guidelines and wearing appropriate PPE.
• Meet established productivity goals for picking and packing.
• Assist with inventory management and stocktaking as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods.
• Willingness and ability to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic understanding of logistics principles and warehouse functions.
• Strong emphasis on safety in all work activities.
