Responsibilities:
- Retrieve correct items and quantities from designated warehouse locations.
- Scan items accurately to update inventory records.
- Ensure all picked items are correctly identified and staged for packing.
- Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Practice safe lifting and carrying techniques.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
- Assist in other warehouse operations as directed.
- Participate in stocktaking and inventory checks.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
