Order Picker

Job Summary:
Join our vibrant warehouse team in Atlanta, Georgia as an Order Picker! We are looking for motivated individuals who can accurately and efficiently retrieve items to fulfill customer orders. This role is a cornerstone of our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction. You will use RF scanners to locate products, ensure order accuracy, and prepare items for the packing station. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and pick lists.
• Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
• Stage picked items for the packing department.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
• Wear required PPE at all times while on the warehouse floor.
• Meet or exceed picking productivity goals.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and other warehouse tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management.
• Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear PPE.
