You will contribute to research, media relations, and campaign coordination, gaining hands-on experience across practices while learning Edelman's standards for client service, collaboration, and communication excellence.We’re a team of 100+ dedicated professionals and experts with backgrounds in journalism, digital media, creative strategy, management consulting, and integrated communications marketing.We help our clients build their brands and achieve their business goals while navigating shifting media and industry environments.Edelman offers a collaborative, engaging environment where you’ll be supported in your continued growth and development. You’ll be immersed in a highly integrated team, work closely with senior leaders, and contribute to best-in-class programs for some of the most influential voices in technology.**Responsibilities:*** Client Support: Prepare status reports, organize logistics, participate in calls, take notes, and follow up on next steps.* Media Monitoring & Research: Track coverage, analyze sentiment, scan competitors, and compile insights to inform strategy.* Content Development: Draft, edit, and proofread materials such as press releases, pitches, media lists, talking points, and reports.* Project & Event Coordination: Support the execution of campaigns and media events.* Operational Discipline: Track time and expenses accurately, adhere to budgets, and follow internal financial procedures.* Collaboration: Engage proactively with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, strategy), contributing to a seamless team dynamic.* Professional Development: Actively participate in Edelman learning opportunities and demonstrate growth mindset behaviors. **Basic Qualifications:*** Previous internship experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields, including research, advertising, management consulting, media or publishing* A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience**Preferred Qualifications:*** Demonstrated interest in technology PR and similar work* Strong interpersonal, organizational and written and oral communications skills* Ability to adapt to new conditions, deadlines and assignments* Solid knowledge of the MS Office suite* Demonstrates strong work ethic and the ability to provide quality work to clients and teams$40,000 - $52,000 a year#LI-JLFAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees.
