Leads all areas of operations, meeting all financial and budgetary objectives.* Collaborates with department directors to meet resident expectations and service needs.* Maintains oversight of all marketing and sales activities and results.* Supports the development of strategic marketing initiatives to foster resident referrals and develop new resident acquisitions to achieve occupancy goals.* Sets and achieves community-based revenue goals with the help of Senior Leadership and partnering with other stakeholders.* Ensure Community is in compliance with regulatory standards.* Operate the Community in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures and ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.* Ensure the Business Office Manager completes all required elements of Workers Compensation Program in a timely manner.* Responsible for the implementation of OSHA and Safety guidelines.* Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility.* Other duties as assigned.**What you need to succeed:*** Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.* 7 years or more of experience working in a leadership role in a Senior Living community. Depending on location, LALD, RCFE, or other state/local certification may be required.* First Aid training and CPR training may be required per state/local guidelines.* Completion of a background check. Drug screen, fingerprint, physical, and TB test may be required per state/local guidelines.* High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products* Experience working with long term care, independent, assisted living and memory care with experience developing and managing budgets and capital improvement projects.* Proven track record of effectively leading a direct service organization with a complex array of programs with the ability to leverage staff strengths across program areas.* Strong management and decision-making skills including the ability to influence, engage, and lead others to new levels of effectiveness and programmatic impact.* Demonstrated skill to be an analytic and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate key objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goals.* Exceptional written, oral and presentation skills.* Experience interfacing with senior management, organization staff, and external stakeholders on various metrics and policies.* Excellent skills in change management with the proven ability to employ a transparent, collaborative and consensus-building approach that encourages resident and staff feedback prior to implementation of new initiatives or program changes.* Knowledge of program evaluation, specifically within nonprofit evaluation methods and tactics.* Superior project management, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills.* Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Point Click Care, and ADP.* Ability to provide sensitivity and diplomacy to diverse issues arising within our multicultural environment.* Experience and knowledge dealing with the senior population* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing* Ability to understand and administer the financial reporting and requirements of the Community.* Capable of knowing and understanding the dynamics of the competitive marketplacee required per state/local guidelines.
