What you will do
The Managing Broker will support the Designated Managing Broker in administering eXp Realty brokerage operations in Colorado. Responsibilities include complying with state license law, REALTOR association membership and MLS participation; reviewing transactions; providing compliance training; supporting the eXp Risk Management program; and implementing systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training to enhance agent knowledge of contract, risk management, licensing and state real estate law.
- Respond promptly to agent requests for assistance.
- Consult and engage with agents to solve difficult or complex transaction issues.
- Review contracts to ensure legal and contractual compliance.
- Support the eXp Risk Management Program and risk management tools for agents.
- Enhance and enforce company-wide and state brokerage operations manuals.
- Innovate efficient support for the growing state agent base.
- Coordinate distribution of inbound mail.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

The total base pay for this position starts at $90,000 per year in our lowest geographic cost of living market up to $95,000 per year in our highest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training.
