Please note: To ensure sufficient overlap with the team and stakeholders, remote candidates located in Pacific Time Zone or able to work Pacific hours will be best positioned; however, this role is open to remote candidates anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Cloud Enterprise.
Craft compelling messaging and positioning tailored to enterprise customers, highlighting enterprise‑grade benefits like performance, scale, security, compliance, and analytics.
Enable sales teams with effective collateral, training, and tools to drive pipeline and close deals.
Conduct customer and market research to inform product direction, messaging, and campaign strategy.
Develop high‑impact content (presentations, case studies, whitepapers, web copy) for technical and business audiences.
Support industry events and customer engagements to build awareness and generate leads.
Partner with Demand Generation to design and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads for sales.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Engagement teams to align on strategy and execution.
Monitor business health and funnel and regularly report out on performance and impact of your marketing activities.
Qualifications Experience
Proven track record marketing to enterprise organizations, ideally for SaaS solutions targeting IT buyers.
Strong understanding of enterprise‑grade requirements for cloud solutions.
Medium technical proficiency—able to translate complex concepts for non‑technical audiences.
5‑7 years of product marketing experience (or other highly relevant background).
Core Skills
Exceptional storytelling and written communication skills.
Data‑driven decision maker with strong analytical skills.
Excellent stakeholder and project management abilities.
Collaborative team player, creative thinker, and open to feedback.
Process‑and‑operations‑mindset looking for more efficient ways to operate & collaborate.
Compensation At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A: $153,000 – $199,750 Zone B: $137,700 – $179,775 Zone C: $127,800 – $166,850 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
