Sales Support Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to provide frontline support to our customers, sales teams, and distributors. This role is essential for ensuring smooth order processing, accurate data entry, and professional communication regarding our product lines. Main Tasks: Customer Communication:

Serve as the primary phone operatoranswering, triaging, and routing calls appropriately. Inquiry Management:

Monitor shared order and quote inboxes, providing timely responses regarding order status, pricing, and product availability. Order Entry:

Enter customer purchase orders into the ERP system with high attention to detail and accuracy. Verification:

Review order details, shipping information, and special instructions to ensure everything is correct before processing. Proactive Follow-up:

Track quotes and orders to provide customers and sales reps with consistent updates. Administrative Support:

Assist with processing returns (RMAs), maintaining accurate customer account records, and supporting special projects as assigned. Requirements: Education:

High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred. Technical Skills:

Strong general computer skills and experience with ERP systems or order entry. Communication:

Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills for phone and email interaction. Multitasking:

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize a busy workload effectively. Detail-Oriented:

Exceptional focus on accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Mindset:

A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong willingness to learn new product lines and industry terminology. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
