Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities for Lifeline Senior Living’s product and service portfolio, including resident safety systems, wander management, and software solutions. This role supports our customers and field sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping senior living communities find the right technology to enhance resident safety and staff efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding pricing, product specifications, and availability. Qualify leads and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate Lifeline solutions. Prepare, send, and follow up on sales quotes to ensure timely closure. Maintain regular communication with customers to build and sustain relationships. Order Processing & Coordination

Enter and track orders in the CRM and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with Operations, Service, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of systems. Assist in resolving any order discrepancies, returns, or billing adjustments. Support for Field Sales & Marketing

Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to manage shared accounts and ensure seamless customer handoffs. Provide administrative support including quote preparation, documentation, and pipeline reporting. Work with Marketing to follow up on campaign leads and nurture potential opportunities. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in Salesforce. Provide regular updates on quote activity, conversion rates, and sales performance metrics. Participate in product and system training to maintain current knowledge of Lifeline offerings. Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience (B2B preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus). Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
