Your Tasks
Drive new business growth in the medical device testing sector by identifying opportunities and building strategic relationships.
Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve revenue targets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle.
Lead discovery conversations to uncover client needs and match opportunities to the appropriate technical experts.
Partner with Solutions Engineers to deliver accurate proposals and compelling value propositions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with TÜV SÜD standards and profitability goals.
Ensure smooth handoff to Project Managers and monitor project progress to maintain client satisfaction.
Represent TÜV SÜD at conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage at multiple organizational levels.
Skilled at coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Additional Information The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is
$100,000 - 125,000.
Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off. Workplace model: United States-based role with travel requirements.
