Home Alliance is looking for a
results-driven PPC Ads Manager
to support a US-based business operating in the home services space.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, structured, and focused on turning ad spend into measurable business results.
What you’ll do
Own and optimize paid acquisition across
Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Display & Retargeting
Manage paid marketing budgets with a strong focus on
CAC, ROAS, and lead quality
Analyze performance daily and make fast, data-driven optimizations
Balance supply and demand across multiple business units using paid channels
Maintain structured plans by
service, region, channel, spend, and revenue
Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports (Analytics, Power BI)
Collaborate closely with the General Manager, marketing leads, and business units
Research market trends, demand signals, and optimization opportunities
What we’re looking for
2+ years of hands‑on experience in
PPC / Performance Marketing
Strong experience with
Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Bing Ads
Metrics-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
Organized, proactive, and accountable
Experience with lead generation for service-based businesses is a plus
