Entry-level Assembler
Pay Range:
$15-19
Shift:
Mon - Thurs 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4-10 hr days, 30 min lunch, possible overtime on Fri or Sat)

The Company Work with one of the largest American‑owned Aerospace & Defense companies. This entry‑level position is part of the Cargo Assembly Team. Responsibilities include assembling products according to Manufacturing Orders and engineering drawings, performing functional testing, and preparing hardware for shipment through kitting and packaging. Candidates should be detail‑oriented, capable of working effectively in a team setting, and committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
What You Will Do
Read, interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and other written instructions.
Operate hand tools, air tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment and light equipment.
Maintain inventory of product in workstations.
Perform quality work checks, identify product defects and record identified defects.
Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Kitting and packaging of PC Hardware Products (will train).
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a high school diploma. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; there is no sponsorship for this position.
Qualifications We Prefer Computer Proficiency
Basic knowledge of PC operations to access and navigate essential systems and software.
Tool Proficiency
Skilled in the use of both hand and power tools to perform assembly tasks with precision and efficiency.
Customer Support
Assist in meeting customer demands by contributing to the timely completion of assembly projects.
Reading, Writing and Comprehension
Ability to read and understand English simple instructions, correspondence, and memos related to assembly tasks.
Capable of writing simple correspondence as needed for documentation and communication purposes.
Team Collaboration
Work effectively as part of a team, contributing positively to team dynamics and productivity.
