We are hiring a Client Relations & Business Development Coordinator to support client management, relationship building, and agency growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, handling client coordination, and supporting business development initiatives in a healthcare environment. This position works closely with the Supervisor / Operations team and plays a key role in client satisfaction, retention, and referrals. Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Coordination

Serve as a main point of contact for clients and families Handle client intake calls, onboarding, and ongoing follow-ups Ensure high client satisfaction and address concerns professionally Coordinate with caregivers and internal teams to support care delivery Maintain accurate client documentation and records Business Development Support

Assist the supervisor with referral outreach and relationship management Communicate with hospitals, clinics, physicians’ offices, and community partners Help track referrals, leads, and conversion outcomes Participate in community events, networking, and outreach initiatives Support strategies to increase client volume and retention Administrative & Office Support

Assist with scheduling, reporting, and internal coordination Support operational workflows and process improvement Provide regular updates to management on client and referral activity Qualifications

High school diploma required; college degree preferred Experience in home care, healthcare, client services, customer service, or sales support preferred Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Comfortable using office software and learning care management systems Professional, dependable, and client-focused Compensation & Benefits
