What You’ll Do:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, transferring, and walking

Encourage independence while providing compassionate support

Answer call lights promptly and make rounds at the beginning and end of shift

Obtain and record resident weights as scheduled and report any changes

Assist with personal laundry following proper procedures

Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Corporate Compliance, and Resident Rights policies

Report to Health Services staff for daily assignments and updates

Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times

Qualifications

Current Home Health Aide certification required

Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or home care preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality resident care
