RN for Home Health - PRN Agency in Warrensville Job Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health PRN Agency in Warrensville. The RN will be responsible for providing quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. This position offers flexibility in scheduling as it is on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the state of practice
Current BLS certification
Previous experience in home health or a related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
Administer medications, treatments, and provide direct patient care as needed
Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Additional Requirements:
Availability to work on a PRN basis, including evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Willingness to travel to patients' homes within the Warrensville area
