A title insurance agency is seeking a senior Director of Settlement Operations to oversee the full settlement lifecycle end-to-end. This is a high-responsibility leadership role with significant fiduciary and operational oversight.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing the entire settlement process from contract to close
Managing large wire transfers and escrow disbursements
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial requirements
Leading settlement operations and internal controls
Managing risk, accuracy, and operational efficiency
Ideal Qualifications:
Senior-level experience in title or settlement operations
Strong financial and escrow management background
Experience handling high-value wire transactions
Leadership and operational oversight experience
Deep understanding of title and settlement compliance
Salary: $150k - $200k/Year
