The Role The Customer Account Representative provides superior customer service to maintain consumer relationships and meet company account management expectations while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures. This role positively impacts customer growth and revenue through sales activities, account management, and providing total customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through “white glove” service with a servant’s heart in our stores and in customers’ homes and obtain new orders when needed on the sales floor and over the phone.
Deliveries and Pickups:
Get out of the store and demonstrate a winning spirit through safe and compliant loading/unloading and installation of products, following all handling and transportation procedures and keeping vehicles clean and properly maintained.
Merchandising:
Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness by refurbishing merchandise to like‑new condition and keeping showroom dusted, vacuumed and organized.
Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position. Hours/days of work are Monday through Saturday, store open to close hours with
SUNDAY’S OFF
along with one additional weekday off. Schedules and hours per week/overtime may change throughout the year as directed by management and business needs.
Compensation Position is paid hourly in accordance with Home Choice!’s payroll procedures. In addition to an hourly rate, the role is paid out WEEKLY. Rate: $15.90 per hour – $18.70 per hour (Paid out weekly).
Job Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid state driver’s license and good driving record – drivers are required to use company vehicles.
Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Consistent in‑person attendance.
