Sr Integrated Business Execution Analyst

The Sr. IBE Analyst partners with BCD Product Management to execute optimized supply networks for bulk BCD products and oversee inventory replenishment, ensuring inventory stays within control limits to maintain high service levels while minimizing costs. Using linear programming models, they implement inbound and outbound sourcing plans via rail, aligning forecasts with execution to optimize margins, maintain inventories, and support cross-functional supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison with Product Management on sourcing strategies and product availability.
Collaborate with Product Management to maintain inbound sourcing plans across all product locations.
Perform technical and analytical review of Rail Plan model outputs to identify opportunities for network optimization and cost savings.
Analyze supply/demand balance and provide oversight and guidance to supply planners for inventory replenishment.
Lead resolution of rail sourcing issues and direct execution of sourcing plans, including setting quota arrangements.
Evaluate complex reports (e.g., All Cars Report, Rail Plan, Demurrage Report, Supplier Forecast Accuracy, MRP Review/Stock Performance) and take corrective actions based on alerts.
Monitor plan adherence and stock performance to ensure alignment with forecasts and sourcing strategies.
Communicate proactively with suppliers and provide demand forecasts when necessary.
Ensure active rail freight rates are in place for all Univar Solutions paid rail movements prior to shipment.
Proficiency in
SAP, Excel, Databases, and Tableau
is essential for success.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills
In depth knowledge of SAP system settings and impacts
Strong Excel skills required
Excellent communication and team building skills
Strong customer orientation
Ability to work well independently as well as within a team environment
Candidate must possess very strong analytical skills, detailed oriented
Ability to deal with complexity and manage ambiguity independently
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and multi-task
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey ideas and suggestions via multiple modes of communication
Proficiency with the MS Office package required

Education/Experience/Training
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or Statistics, (MBA) Masters preferred
5 to 7 years of Supply Chain or Purchasing experience
SAP experience is required
