NW INDIANA DIVISION E-COMMERCE FIELD SPECIALIST

Job Description Provide support to the division eCommerce manager by ensuring procedures and company guidelines are followed to achieve sales objectives, goals and budgets. Assist in the training and development of the stores' eCommerce team. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation, training and execution of new initiatives and process improvements to support division and company goals
Ensure that division eCommerce departments are meeting and exceeding customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness
Ensure that local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines are followed
Assist in recruiting, selecting and hiring qualified associates for division eCommerce departments and ensure stores are sufficiently staffed to handle business demands
Participate in delivering training to the division's eCommerce team for all eCommerce functions and duties at new and existing locations
Assist store eCommerce teams in achieving annual division performance goals for quality, efficiency, and positive customer experiences
Assist store eCommerce teams in meeting division and expense budgets
Assist in the eCommerce department's analysis and response to the competitive landscape
Communicate the eCommerce strategy with division district managers, district coordinators, store eCommerce supervisors and associates
Work with the store eCommerce team and division staff on resolving operational issues
Assist with addressing customer feedback, questions, or concerns
Visit store eCommerce sites to assist teams in maintaining operational and customer service standards; address immediate concerns and work with team to provide solutions to issues
Ensure preventive maintenance protocols for equipment are being followed
Measure productivity and customer satisfaction levels for store eCommerce department associates; assist store eCommerce supervisor in creating continuous improvement plans
Assist with addressing customer feedback inquiries, questions or concerns
Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualifications
Minimum
High School Diploma or GED
Any proven supervisory experience
1 year of experience as an assistant store lead
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch several times per hour
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and/or walk constantly
Must be able to lift objects up to 25 pounds frequently and objects up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day
Basic knowledge of computers
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Desired
Bachelor's Degree
Any retail management experience
Any experience with and knowledge of point of sale (POS)
Any experience in a warehouse environment
Knowledge of eCommerce business
