Residential Director
is the strategic leader who makes it all happen. You’ll oversee a variety of residential programs (Group Homes, Host Homes, Personal Care Alternatives, and Independent Living) while leading a dedicated team, managing major budgets, and ensuring the highest standards of care.

What You’ll Be Rocking:
Leading a high-performing team
of Program Managers and DSPs — mentoring, coaching, and building a positive and collaborative culture.
Owning the operations
— from crisis intervention to continuous improvement, quality assurance to compliance with all things HCPF, CDPHE, and Medicaid Waivers.
Driving data-informed decisions
— overseeing billing, charge reports, and budgetary performance across all programs.
Innovating with heart
— bringing a person-centered, forward-thinking mindset to every residential plan, meeting, and initiative.
Working cross-functionally
— ensuring residents receive wraparound support, healthcare, transportation, and everything they need to thrive.

Requirements Your Qualifications:
High School Diploma Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or other related field preferred
5+ years of management experience in a role with similar budgets and oversight.
Strong leadership experience in residential or healthcare services — bonus points if it’s in IDD or Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS).
Deep understanding of
HCBS Waivers , Colorado regulations, and person-centered planning or willingness to learn.
Experience managing
multi-million dollar budgets , billing systems, and compliance audits.
Sharp computer skills and an eagerness to learn new tools and systems.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
A passion for promoting independence, dignity, and community for people with disabilities.
