Robert Brogden’s Olathe Buick GMC is seeking an Aftermarket Salesperson to join its team. This position sells automotive accessories to dealership customers. This would be a great opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and automotive parts/accessories experience. Offer services and accessories to customers and provide them with an explanation of aftermarket products and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers. Resolve customer issues quickly and elevate to senior management as necessary. A high level of customer satisfaction is a very important aspect of this role. Maintain strong knowledge of all aftermarket products available to consumers for each of our vehicle models. Train and provide the sales team with information on available aftermarket opportunities offered by the dealership. Responsible for customer service follow‑up and appointments. Work with our Department Managers to ensure individual, and department sales goals are met. Strong organizational and scheduling ability to assure the work is completed on time for the customer. Explain performance of the chosen accessory and its benefits to customers. Requirements
Automotive sales/aftermarket experience a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Scheduling and coordinating the timely installation of aftermarket products on the customer’s vehicle Must be able to efficiently use all company operating systems and equipment Professional appearance required Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check and pre‑hire drug screening Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment Benefits
