Offer services and accessories to customers and provide them with an explanation of aftermarket products and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers. Resolve customer issues quickly and escalate to senior management as necessary. A high level of Customer Satisfaction is a very important aspect of this role. Maintain strong knowledge of all aftermarket products available to consumers for each of our vehicle models. Train and provide the sales team with information on available aftermarket opportunities offered by the dealership. Responsible for Customer Service follow up and appointments Work with our Department Manager to ensure individual, and department sales goals are met Strong organizational and scheduling ability to assure the work is completed on time for the customer. Explain performance of the chosen accessory and its benefits to customers. Requirements
CDK experience is a must Automotive sales experience a plus Automotive aftermarket sales a plus Superior communication and customer service skills Scheduling and coordinating the timely installation of aftermarket products on the customer’s vehicle. Enthusiasm, strong communication skills, positive attitude, ambition, work ethic, professional conduct, high integrity and dedication to process improvement Professional appearance required Valid driver’s license Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits
