Description As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (providing makeup application, skincare advice, hair or fragrance consultations) you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers. You will also enjoy working as part of a high performing team to create impact with in‑store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors. Qualifications
Retail experience is preferred, but we welcome applicants with amateur‑level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
All applicants must demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced work environment.
Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.

Pay Range The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.60 to $32.40. The exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to the hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The company also offers benefits including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education‑related programs, paid holidays, vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
