Inside Sales Representative – Rental & Facility Services
Rivercity Insurance & Financial Services is looking for dedicated Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Enjoy the flexibility of full‑time or part-time hours while making a meaningful impact in people’s lives.
Location Cedar Rapids, IA
Pay Base pay: $100,000.00/yr – $250,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience). Additional compensation includes annual bonus and commission. Commission‑based compensation (1099).
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients’ insurance needs.
Present and explain insurance policies to prospective clients.
Thrive in a lead‑driven environment with no cold calling.
What We’re Looking For
Self‑motivated individuals with a results‑driven mindset.
Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
