What You’ll Do On a Typical Day: Follow designated loads from start to finish, including phone calls, e-mails, and texts to gather information from dispatchers and drivers. Relay information to account managers with documentation of loads. Update ETA’s for arrival and departure as updated from the carrier. Make daily transit calls. Request POD and invoice upon delivery of a load. Problem‑solve and resolve conflicts when issues arise. Back up to 2nd shift night track team. Assist other logistics coordinators and supervisors as needed.
