What You’ll Do This role is hands‑on and performance‑driven. You’ll start by running a full desk—winning freight, moving loads, and strengthening carrier partnerships—while positioning yourself to step into branch leadership.
Business Development:
Prospect, win, and grow new customer relationships
Cradle‑to‑Grave Execution:
Own shipments from pricing to delivery with precision
Carrier Network Management:
Leverage and expand carrier relationships for capacity and margin
Revenue & Margin Growth:
Drive GP, manage margins, and scale your book of business
Future Leadership:
Recruit, train, and lead your branch team as you transition into management
P&L Ownership:
Take accountability for branch‑level performance and profitability
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of
freight brokerage sales experience
(domestic ground transportation required)
Proven success running a
full cradle‑to‑grave desk
Strong carrier relationships and market knowledge
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to
build and lead a branch
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Leadership experience or a strong desire to move into people management
