What you bring
Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles, with a focus on immigration A comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures and the processes involved in ensuring immigration compliance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Composure and efficiency under pressure, maintaining high-performance standards during busy periods Experience in the technology sector or a rapidly growing company is highly desirable Flexible and adaptable team player who can shift in response to evolving priorities or processes Strong customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage diverse client bases Interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws and developing expertise Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously with minimal oversight is an advantage Must write and speak English fluently; additional languages are a plus
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal and strategic guidance to clients on immigration compliance service delivery Monitor and control Remote products and services for immigration compliance Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Seek, control, and establish in-house immigration services to increase revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications Independently maintain and monitor immigration law, ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance and control internal documentation Handle escalations, determine when senior review is required, and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions Guide for travel needs, counsel on the immigration process, and serve as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases Control case statuses using case management and billing systems Apply immigration knowledge to provide solution-based responses for complex client cases Be a team player who can work autonomously and own day-to-day tasks Proactively improve processes through automation and documentation

Compensation and Benefits Philosophy
Remote’s Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and equity pay along with competitive benefits in all locations where we operate. We pay above in-location rates to support global talent-hiring and contribute to local wealth in developing countries. The base salary range for this full-time position is $26,700 - $60,050 USD. Salaries are determined by role, level, and location, and may span more than one career level. Actual base pay depends on factors such as location, skills, experience, training, business needs, and market demands. The range may change over time. We foster internal mobility and guarantee pay equity and fairness. Compensation changes for internal moves are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team.
