Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr
Top Hedge Fund looking to hire a strategy consultant for their Strategy and Transformation Team and then be deployed throughout the firm in a range of roles.
Primary Responsibilities
Work closely with the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer and partner with the broader team to execute the strategic and transformation agenda
Lead projects, applying logical and creative problem solving to deliver fact‑based insights, formulate recommendations and drive execution
Provide thought partnership to business partners and Senior Executives across the company
Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills, including the ability to challenge the status quo
Qualifications
Distinguished track‑record of academic and professional achievement
Can‑do attitude and willingness to “roll‑up” sleeves and take on the areas are necessary to drive impact
2‑5 years of experience coming from a top strategy consulting firm
