Compensation:

Full‑time total annual compensation between

$50,000.00 - $150,000.00 ; including monthly 7% commissions of individual gross profit on service, detail, and parts in accordance with the terms of pay plan; additional monthly 2% commission of individual gross profit on service and parts if the dealership’s monthly customer satisfaction scores exceed national average in accordance with terms of pay plan.

6 Paid Holidays subject to completion of 90‑day introductory period

401k plan with match, subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements

Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full‑time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

What You’ll Be Doing

Greet service customers with a professional and welcoming attitude

Listen to vehicle concerns and document issues clearly

Communicate with technicians to determine service needs and timelines

Provide accurate cost and time estimates

Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle history and Honda guidelines

Keep customers informed throughout the service process

Ensure smooth and timely vehicle pickup and payment

Deliver top‑tier customer satisfaction every single time

What We’re Looking For

Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience (preferred)

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

A customer‑first attitude and a professional demeanor

Ability to multitask in a busy service drive

Familiarity with DMS software is a bonus
