Manager, Global Product Supply Interface
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
LEADING ROLE IN THE PRODUCT SUPPLY INTERFACE DEPARTMENT, PARTNERSHIP WITH MARKET SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT AND GLOBAL FUNCTION TEAMS TO CONVERT DEMAND TO SUPPLY, DELIVERING ON TIME AVAILABILITY AND INVENTORY PERFORMANCE TARGETS AND INVENTORY FOR THE BUSINESS, CONTROLLED WITHIN GIVEN COST CONSTRAINTS.
Responsibilities
L ead and oversee Pre/Post Buy/PSI services activities, ensuring operational excellence, timely issue resolution, and consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes across all supply activities
Drive buys decisions in line with the supply plan and respecting market SLAs
O wn process execution, identifying and leading process improvements and innovations , driving projects implementation to contribute to system and process enhancements to maximize operational efficiency.
Consistently f ollow Product Supply Interface drumbeat to create transparency of a vailability (including key product launches) and i nventory performance to the various levels of the organization
Swiftly l ead issue assessment and timely resol ve the issues to maintain uninterrupted operations
Deliver creative and resourceful solutions to business and process challenges, effectively translating ideas into actionable and impactful outcomes.
Maintain and govern cross-department/function p rocesses and p olicies to deliver business quality and control

Fluent in English, additional language is a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems. Master's degree is a plus
5+ years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, with process excellence experience, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries
Leadership experience is a plus
