Job Overview:
The Will-Call Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring customer will‑call and pick‑up orders are on‑time and in‑full. Duties include assigning and pulling orders for the team, completing paperwork, maintaining clean and organized areas, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
Assign and pull orders to the team for customer pick‑up.
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
Provide excellent customer service to remain responsive to client needs.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills and experience.
Previous cashier experience is helpful.
Intermediate computer skills.
Knowledge of building materials is a plus.
Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
