Our EPM team helps apply cutting‑edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to our clients. You will help our clients navigate the complex world of Enterprise Performance Management through detailed process design and implementation support. Our Advisory seniors specialise in guiding clients through forecasting, planning, budgeting and integration with analytical and reporting solutions. We’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how these processes can transform and improve their entire organization. Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring quality and managing operational risks. Engage actively in delivery leadership, project management, and client interactions across all project phases. Travel frequently to meet client needs and project requirements. Solve complex problems using proven methods and evaluative criteria. Influence policy and procedural changes with potential broad business impact. Provide direction and feedback to teams, contributing to performance evaluations and the hiring process. Skills and Attributes for Success
Proven ability to manage and deliver complex solutions. Strong focus on maintaining quality and navigating operational risks. Capability to manage budgets and project delivery effectively. Experience in building and managing client and commercial relationships. Ability to travel as required for client engagements and project needs. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
A Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a Master’s degree. Seven or more years of experience in complex consultative services in EPM, master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting. Strong knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g. Anaplan (Certified Model Builder), Oracle Consolidations (FCCS/HFM), Oracle Planning (Hyperion Planning / PBCS / ePBCS), OneStream, Tagetik). A strong working knowledge and point of view on evolving EPM concepts and practices. Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value‑add solutions – strong analytical and problem‑solving skills – active participation in brainstorming, identifying core issues and effectively using data to manage complex analysis. Backgrounds may include: financial analyst and FP&A support; systems admins for EPM solutions; long‑range, strategic, and capital planner; implementation consultant; proficiency in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data architecture; strong business skills including relationship management, commercial awareness, and communication; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and excellent oral and written communication skills; willingness to travel. Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT (preferred). Strong ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and stay ahead of industry trends. Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and client trust. A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making. Base salary ranges: $151,500–$346,000 in the US; $181,800–$393,200 in New York, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento). Hybrid model: most external, client‑serving roles work together in person 40‑60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
