Consulting - Tech Consulting - FinTech - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - Manager Overview of the EPM practice: Our EPM team helps apply cutting-edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to our clients. You will help our clients navigate the complex world of Enterprise Performance Management through detailed process design and implementation support. Our Advisory Seniors specialize in serving EY clients by guiding them through complex systems of forecasting, planning, budgeting and the integration with analytical and reporting solutions. We’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how these processes can transform and improve their entire organization – starting with key business issues they face. This is an expanding area of our practice with high growth and opportunities to enhance the skillsets of individuals looking to build a career. As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge complex business problems and innovative technical solutions, guiding business requirements to defined architectures and recommended decisions that align with business outcomes. Your Key Responsibilities

Spend time managing client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and managing business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts. Focus on the effective management and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality and risk management. Engage in continuous process improvement and identification of innovative solutions. Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes. Establish procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Participate in building and maintaining client relationships and networks. Skills And Attributes For Success

Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels; deliver quality client services; drive high-quality work products on time and budget. Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay up to date with current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business. Motivate and manage diverse client engagement teams; provide on-the-job feedback and coaching. Foster an innovative and inclusive team environment; mentor junior consultants. Cultivate and manage business development opportunities; develop long-term client relationships and networks. Assist in the strategy and implementation of EPM tools, processes and transformational solutions; include analysis of applications and cloud architectures; address cybersecurity and privacy considerations; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; effective communication. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree). Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience. At least five years’ experience in complex consultative services in focus areas: master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting. Working knowledge of EPM solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle PBCS/ePBCS, OneStream, Tagetik). Strong understanding of evolving EPM concepts and practices; ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions with analytical and data-driven approaches. Background in financial analysis, FP&A, EPM systems administration, long-range planning, or implementation consulting; ability to translate business issues into solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to travel to meet client needs. Preferred / Optional Qualifications

Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT is preferred. What We Look For
