Senior Business Strategy Manager
to join our team. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, Servicing, this role involves supporting all departments within Fay Servicing in planning, executing projects, and developing strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, enhance operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen controls. The role also includes recommending process and technology improvements, defining and tracking SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics, and collaborating with the Policies and Procedures team to ensure regulatory adherence. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience 10+ years’ experience in residential mortgage, commercial mortgage, insurance, or related financial products 5+ years’ experience in relevant areas within Financial Services Experience in process implementation and best practices adaptation Knowledge of project and product management lifecycles Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to lead initiatives independently and document processes effectively Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Leadership experience in formal and matrixed environments Interpersonal skills to develop organizational relationships Data analysis and interpretation skills Attention to detail, compliance orientation, and time management skills Professional maturity, integrity, and confidentiality Strong business acumen and technical aptitude Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Company Paid Life Insurance Disability and Pet Insurance 401k with Employer Match Paid Time Off and Holidays Wellness Programs and Employee Assistance Hybrid Work Schedule with Remote Flex Days Compensation:
