Job Summary
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience at each visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers, ensuring Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform planning for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, oversee safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare a great shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.

Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
Must be 18 years or older.
Passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
Wages and Benefits Wages:
$17‑$21 based on experience and availability.
Health Care:
ACA‑compliant; employees eligible after one year of full‑time service.
Colorado Paid Sick Leave or Paid Time Off.
Additional Benefits
Up to 48 hours of Paid Time Off accrued annually.
