Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to support a smooth transition.

Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
Must be 18 years or older.
Benefits Health Care: ACA compliant; eligible after one year of full‑time service.
Wages: $17‑$21 based on experience and availability.
Colorado Paid Sick Leave or Paid Time Off.
Up to 48 hours of Paid Time Off accrued annually.
