About the Role: We seek passionate Champions of Driver Excellence to transport passengers safely, comfortably, and on time. If you have stellar organizational, customer service, and time‑management skills, this could be a great place for you. You will play a crucial role in creating a distinctively appreciative ride while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Compensation: $18/hr + tips, with opportunities for performance‑based bonuses and stock options.
Key Requirements
25 years or older
Valid driver’s license
A successful background check and motor‑vehicle license record check
A successful drug screen, including marijuana
Fully insured vehicle provided by 8Fleet; personal vehicle and insurance not required.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Service: greet passengers, assist with luggage, and provide a comfortable riding experience.
Safe & Reliable Transportation: safely pick up and transport passengers while obeying traffic laws and practicing safe driving habits.
Maintain Vehicle Standards: keep the vehicle clean, safe, and comfortable.
Efficient Navigation and Coordination: determine the best routes using GPS and local knowledge to maximize efficiency and minimize waiting times.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
Must be 25 years of age or older to drive our vehicles.
Possess a valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods is a plus.
Skills:
Professional and polite demeanor with the ability to remain calm in busy driving situations.
Verbal and written fluency in English to communicate effectively with passengers.
Availability:
Willingness to work weekend and night shifts as necessary.
