Within Oracle, our Enterprise Engineering organization is responsible for building and managing the critical infrastructure, platforms, and services that empower Oracle's global workforce, particularly our vast engineering teams. The Internal Secure Access product is a cornerstone of this effort, providing Oracle employees and systems with secure, reliable, and streamlined access to internal resources, development environments, and corporate data. This platform is essential for protecting Oracle's intellectual property, ensuring operational continuity, and enabling our engineers to innovate at speed and scale.
Oracle is seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Principal Product Manager to lead and drive the strategy, roadmap, and adoption for Oracle's Internal Secure Access. This is a highly influential role demanding deep expertise in security principles, enterprise IT infrastructure, and a passion for enhancing developer productivity and internal user experience.
You will be responsible for defining and delivering a best‑in‑class internal secure access experience, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of Oracle's internal community, aligns with our corporate security posture, and drives operational efficiencies.
The successful candidate will have a passion for solving difficult problems in a collaborative, agile work environment, a knack for creativity and innovative thinking, and a strong sense of empathy for both customers and engineering teams. They will also have superior executive communication skills and the ability to drive outcomes across multiple lines of business.
Responsibilities
Internal Product Vision & Strategy: Define and champion a compelling long‑term vision and strategy for Oracle's Internal Secure Access platform, aligning with Enterprise Engineering goals, corporate security policies, and the future of work at Oracle.
Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop, own, and manage a multi‑year product roadmap focused on internal user needs, security enhancements, operational stability, and engineering productivity. Make data‑driven prioritization decisions based on internal impact, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment.
Internal Stakeholder & User Intimacy: Serve as a leading expert on the secure access needs of Oracle's diverse internal engineering teams and other employee segments. Engage deeply with internal users to validate product direction.
Technical Leadership & Solution Design: Partner closely with senior internal architects and engineering leads to drive innovation in our internal access solutions, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, reliability, and a seamless user experience for Oracle employees.
Internal Adoption & Change Management: Collaborate with internal communications, training, and support teams to develop and execute effective strategies for driving adoption of new secure access features and platforms across Oracle's global workforce. Measure and improve user satisfaction and productivity gains.
Security Posture Enhancement: Work in lockstep with Oracle's corporate security teams to ensure the Internal Secure Access platform implements the latest security best practices, meets internal compliance requirements, and helps continuously improve Oracle's overall security posture.
Executive & Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmap, progress, and risks to senior executive stakeholders within Enterprise Engineering, Identity, and Security organizations. Build consensus and drive alignment across diverse internal teams.
Operational Excellence & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness of internal secure access solutions. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to platform stability, user satisfaction, and security effectiveness.
Mentorship & Team Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to other product managers or team members within the Enterprise Engineering organization.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in product management, security, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Deep understanding of secure access, identity, and authentication principles.
Proven track record of driving product strategy, roadmap, and adoption in a large enterprise.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Board level know‑how in driving outcomes across multiple lines of business.
Experience working with internal engineering teams and corporate security functions.

$115,400 – $251,600 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
