Position Summary As a District Manager, you will oversee 8–12 store locations, serving as a key leader responsible for executing company initiatives, driving financial performance, and developing high‑performing teams. You’ll ensure each location operates efficiently, meets performance targets, and upholds our customer service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct weekly service center assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement

Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store‑level staff

Drive achievement of company targets for EBITDAR, sales, and customer service metrics

Ensure a safe and compliant environment for employees and customers

Manage customer complaints to resolution in a timely and professional manner

Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency across all stores

Coach and mentor store managers and team members to support their development and career progression

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales, including management experience

Strong knowledge of tires, tire‑related services, and mechanical repairs is highly desirable

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in training, coaching, and motivating teams

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of personal integrity

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite

Comfortable speaking and presenting in small to medium‑sized groups

Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure

Willingness to travel regularly and spend significant time on site as needed

Valid in‑state driver’s license and insurability under company vehicle policy
