Provide comprehensive project management, administrative support, and oversight of ticketing operations for USTA Major Events. Ensure ticketing systems, sales tracking, reporting, and customer service processes are accurate and consistent across the portfolio. Support the Business lane in revenue planning and collaborate with Facility, Services, and Engagement leads to integrate ticketing into the overall fan and participant experience. Act as the primary internal resource for ticketing logistics, while also contributing to team-wide planning, budgeting, and event coordination. Responsibilities

Manage ticketing setup, sales tracking, and reporting. Coordinate group sales, premium seating, and hospitality packages. Provide cross-lane administrative and project management support. Track budgets, invoices, and compliance documentation. Maintain master event calendar and deliverable timelines. Who You Are

Some domestic travel required for on-site ticketing support Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools (e.g.,

com ). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. This position is Orlando office specific and is designated as "hybrid/flex" and may allow for both remote and on-site work. Any such position must meet the current USTA hybrid/flex requirements, as updated from time to time. What We Offer

45,000 – 48,000

and overtime eligible. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant’s qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
