Obtain approval from customers for additional work.

Requirements To become a
Toyota Service Advisor , you’ll need a combination of qualifications and skills. Here’s what you should aim for:
Education and Certification :
A high school diploma or GED is typically required.
Vocational training in automotive technology or an associate degree with a focus on service operations.
ASE certification preferred
Minimum 1 year service advisor experience
Mechanical Knowledge :
Develop a thorough understanding of auto repair and maintenance.
Familiarity with Toyota systems and process
