Job Details Title:
Foreman - Pipefitter
Reports to:
Superintendent
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Pipefitters to deliver quality work and customer service.
Collaborate with the Superintendent to understand project goals and company objectives.
Develop solutions to prevent issues and oversee project surveys and takeoffs.
Coordinate on-site activities including scheduling, material control, and safety compliance.
Ensure safety procedures are followed and document incidents.
Prepare weekly reports on safety, progress, and project specifics.
Conduct inspections and coordinate start-ups with contractors and clients.
Schedule production and deliveries with the shop.
Require 4+ years of experience; journeyman status or ability to obtain license.
Ability to read blueprints and prepare materials lists.
Maintain high safety standards and team efficiency.
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, punctual, and professional appearance.
Experience with government facilities is a plus.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and work in demanding environments including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
This is a safety-sensitive position.
